Tokunbo Akinhanmi

Tokunbo Akinhanmi is a registered estate surveyor and surveyor and has
been the principal partner of Akinhanmi & Associates, a dynamic estate
surveying and real estate services firm since 2011.

He has a B.Sc. in Estate Management from the University Of Lagos (Akoka,
Nigeria) and M.Sc. in Property Development from the Birmingham City
University (United Kingdom). He is affiliated with several professional bodies
and institutions both locally and internationally.

He qualified as a mortgage broker and adviser and earned a Certificate in
Mortgage Advice & Practice (CeMAP) with The London Institute of Banking & Finance (United Kingdom). He is a Registered Surveyor & Valuer (RSV) with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). He is a member of FIABCI [French acronym for “Federation International des Administrateurs de Bien-Conselis Immobiliers”, which means ‘The International Real Estate Federation’] and the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).

Tokunbo has a passion for the real estate industry and has been quite active
in the general practice aspect of the real estate profession. He has used his
diverse experience and knowledge to provide customized solutions for clients
across the full spectrum of the real estate community. He has assisted
property owners, developers, investors, individuals and general business
clients with real estate advisory services, landed and property acquisitions
and leases, asset management initiatives, valuations of landed property
assets, maintenance of landlord-tenant relationships, management of
various property types and facilities management. He has equally consulted
in real estate redevelopment projects.
